Jill Whitehead is vice president, dealer engagement and marketing at FordDirect. In this role, she ensures the voices of FordDirect’s Dealer customers throughout the United States are represented in the company’s strategic planning and development, and that the company’s product marketing, brand initiatives, and corporate communication efforts align with overall corporate strategy.

Prior to joining FordDirect in 2020, Jill amassed over 25 years of automotive experience with leadership roles in information-based companies. Most recently, this includes nearly five years as senior vice president of operations and product marketing at Dominion Dealer Solutions. Prior to that, Jill spent more than seven years each as executive vice president of sales and support at OneCommand and executive director of field sales at Newgen.

Throughout her career, Jill has demonstrated a knack for managing growth while building a proven track record in business operations, sales, customer relationship management, product and program management, strategy, and planning.

Jill holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
